Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase if you have not fully participated in the Monthly Competition or have not used premium features in a significant way.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in permanent suspension from competitions.
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your payment ID, account email, and a brief explanation.
By purchasing access to the Monthly Competition, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge the 14-day minimum refund window required by Paddle.
