We want you to have the best experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing access to the Monthly Competition.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase only if you have not fully participated in the Monthly Competition or have not used premium features in a significant way.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • You completed the competition for the active month.
  • You accessed and used premium-only features extensively.
  • You violated competition rules or attempted fraudulent entries.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in permanent suspension from competitions.

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your payment ID, account email, and a brief explanation.
